Big congratulations to Jon Michael Verese and the Dickens Project for their relaunch of “Our Mutual Friend: The Scholarly Pages.” Although it’s a bit early for Magmods, it’s a great example of how to build a site around a single serial title and it’s particularly interesting for those interested in ads. There’s a sample of ads that appeared in the large advertising sections of the serialized parts–we can only hope there are many more examples to come. Here’s one from the site.
